How Does this Work?

DOTC offers funding opportunities to NAC members through annual solicitations called Request for Ordnance Technology Initiatives (ROTI). The ROTI offers NAC members the opportunity to propose prototype technologies to the technology requirements in the DOTC Technology Annual Plan. Additionally, if an urgent government need arises following the release of the DOTC Technology Annual Plan, an out-of-cycle ROTI can be released. Current solicitations are listed below.

REQUEST FOR ENHANCED WHITEPAPERS DOTC-19-04:

On March 28, 2019, the NAC Consortium Management Firm published Request for Ordnance Technology Initiatives DOTC-19-04. The purpose of this Request is to solicit Enhanced Whitepapers. Only NAC Members in “good standing” may respond to this Request. Enhanced Whitepapers are due May 13, 2019 at 3 PM ET.

REQUEST FOR ENHANCED WHITEPAPERS AMTC-19-11:

On March 27, 2019, the AMTC Consortium Administrative Organization published Request for Enhanced Whitepapers for AMTC-19-11. The purpose of this Request is to solicit Enhanced Whitepapers. Only AMTC Members in “good standing” may respond to this Request. Enhanced Whitepapers are due April 17, 2019 at 3 PM ET. Please email any questions to: amtc@ati.org

On March 11, 2019, the AMTC Consortium Administrative Organization published Request for Enhanced Whitepapers for AMTC-19-03. The purpose of this Request is to solicit Enhanced Whitepapers.
